Bill Tierney

Bill began to think of himself as a coach in 2011 when someone he was helping insisted on paying him his guidance. Bill was introduced to the Internal Family Systems model as a therapy client in 2016 and began training as an IFS practitioner in 2019. He became a Certified IFS Practitioner in 2021 and uses the IFS model to help his clients achieve lasting results.

Bill recently started the IFS Coaches Lab, a consultation group for IFS-trained practitioners who wish to use IFS in coaching. Bill and his wife Kathy have five adult children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren and live in Liberty Lake, Washington where they both work from home. Martin Kettelhut, Ph.D.

Since 1997, Dr. Martin Kettelhut has coached venture capital executives, leading technology entrepreneurs, top producers in financial services, medical experts, administrators of higher education, and many other leaders to successfully produce results they thought were impossible.

“Doc” co-founded The Center of Excellence, a leading communications consulting firm, which then tripled in growth. He’s written curriculum for numerous transformational coaching programs, and trained hundreds of business leaders. His career, including his private practice, Listening Is The Key, was born out of a desire to incorporate his PhD in philosophy with modern day coaching.

Martin lives in the Colorado Rockies during the summer and on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica in the winter. He’s passionate about swimming, hiking, playing the piano, and gardening.
