What workshop participants are saying

“A key takeaway from this workshop was being burden-led versus Self-led in my work and leadership. I now have clear language for a tendency I'd noticed but couldn't articulate. To be able to understand a sticky issue more clearly so that you can resolve it is very powerful.”

“To be able to understand a sticky issue more clearly so that you can resolve it is very powerful. I found both assessments very illuminating. I also have a better sense of how to engage the parts that need more safety and/or reassurance. Thank you!”

Using the Self-led and burden-led worksheet we can easily assess how we relate to a number of different circumstances. We can gauge how much self-energy is present in the system through our responses. We can also look at individual situations (questions on the worksheet) that indicate areas where we may feel less self-led or even feel more burden-led. We can use those as trailheads to do further discovery on the parts that are influencing us to feel that way.”
