I created the Self-Led Project group coaching program to help participants apply the IFS model to personal development. I recognize that many who have trained in the IFS model do so for their own healing and growth. Some also wish to help others using what they have learned.
If you are an IFS-trained therapist or practitioner, I’d like to invite you to join a Self-Led Project group for your own personal development. And if you are interested in building your own practice, I can train you as a Self-Led Project Facilitator. This invitation goes to all Level 1 (IFS Institute) and Stepping Stone (IFSCA) graduates.*
I see this as a great opportunity for new practitioners and coaches who need content and a way to build their practices using the IFS model.
At the end of the program, Facilitator Trainees will be authorized to form and facilitate Self-Led Project (SLP) groups of their own.
There are a total of 33 sessions during the 9 month program. Trainees must participate in at least 30 sessions to be certified as Self-Led Project Facitilators.
SLP groups are made up of 12 participants including Facilitator Trainees.
Each of the three modules of the program is completed in eleven 90-minute sessions. Facilitator trainees meet with me in a group for an additional 60 minutes for training and consultation.
Once per month, in a 2 hour Zoom session, Facilitator Trainees are offered ongoing training and support including:
updates to the curriculum, and
The cost for Facilitator Trainees is $3600 when paid in full before Session #1 of Module #1. For those who wish to make payments, a $1400 initial payment is required followed by 6 monthly payments of $400 (total cost of $3800).
