How can I help?
Whether you are struggling and stuck or highly functioning and successful, you may feel as if something is missing or that you are capable of so much more.
The harder I work the more frustrated I get.
My career is stalled. I compare myself to others in my company or in my industry and my results just don’t stack up against them. Seems the harder I work, the more frustrated I get. I’ve tried to do what the successful people do but don’t get the same results. What am I missing?

No matter how hard I work, no matter how well I serve my clients, my business isn’t growing.
I had a great idea for a business and am really good at what I do. I thought having my own business would be so much better than making all that money for someone else. But it’s not working out that way. I’m putting in tons of hours and doing a great job for the clients that I have. But no matter how hard I work, no matter how well I serve my clients, my business isn’t growing. I don’t want to have to go get a regular job but I’m afraid I may have to.
I don’t seem to have any options.
It seems obvious that what I’m doing isn’t working. But I’m afraid to make a change. At least I’m getting by doing what I’m doing. It’s just that I’m not fulfilled. There’s no meaning behind what I’m doing, no purpose. Time drags by. I look at the clock and wonder how much longer I can do this. But there don’t seem to be any alternatives. I don’t have any other options.
You’ve been able to lift me up to 30,000 feet so that I could more clearly see what was important, remove the emotion and make good choices. I don’t think that I’d be where I am without your help. Your methods helped me breakdown some self defeating beliefs and caused me to shift my point of view on my limitations. This opened up some amazing opportunities.

There just isn’t enough time in the day.
There’s so much to do! I’m as busy as I’ve ever been and feel overwhelmed most of the time. My stress is through the roof. Yet, at the end of the week I wonder why I’m still so far behind. I’m told that I should delegate, manage my time better, learn to say no…there are a million great ideas but I don’t have time and don’t dare risk trying anything new.
Is this all there is?
But then things got bad enough to force my hand and eventually I began to recover. I started learning what others had apparently known all along about how to live. Somewhere along the way though, recovery lost its luster. The crisis passed and I lost the motivation to keep working so hard to get by. It’s been a long time since I turned my life around and I don’t want to go back to the way it was. I just feel lost and stuck and wonder if this is all there is.
